We rode the cable car up to the Geumjeong Mountain Fortress. The fortress is the largest mountain fortress in Korea. It was set up as protection against any future foreign invasion in 1703. (None came!) We hiked along the fortress wall for a few solid hours before reaching Beomeosa Temple. It was a beautiful hike with great panoramic views of the city. I am so blessed to have such healthy and adventurous parents that are up for anything.
Justin's already at the top! Slow and steady, here we come. It was a steep climb.
Mom and dad at the highest point.
Taking a rest, looking at how enormous this city is!
We came a long ways!
